Too much distance not getting up close and personal.

Whole portfolio is a dark take.

The overall portfolio had some dark/evil themes but I think that I agree with the judges that there was a lack of getting very up personal and getting deep into the story. Making the picture flat.

Certain Composition errors

The fact that some of the pictures have the potential to be in a story.

They like a majority of the photos.

Like the emotion and point of view.

I love that these photos show some type of emotion and show a range of people. I like how you have to really look at the picture and take it in to really get what the photographer wanted you to take in.

Didn't get shot on time

I liked that they photograph a lot of people and there everyday life but most of the photos are ordinary and simple. nothing really impresses me.

Bad Composition of the Last couple of photos

Posed photos are not as good as the others.

I think the photographer has good ideas but does the best when they shoot action. I like his first couple of photos but towards the end they get worse. 

2. a. What did the judges note as strengths as they were critiquing it?
The lengths the photographer took to get these photos, how everyone is doing something in the photos, and composition of most of the photos. 

b. What do you see as strengths? Do you see any weaknesses?
Strengths I saw were the photographer really tried very hard to get these photos and did his for the outcome of his photos. I didn't see any weaknesses.

a. The judges assessed the portfolios as a whole including, mood, composition of the photos, and strong photos throughout the whole portfolio.

I agree with the judges on the boxing picture in the first video. I think that the photo should be tighter towards the boxer.

I agree with the judges on the second video with the black and white picture of behind the scenes basketball shot. I think that this photo is really plain and simple.
